Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

In-Stock items:
Please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 days to let you know your order is on the way!
 

Pre-Order items:
These items are printed to order. Once a preorder campaign as concluded, items are expected to ship within 7-14 business days.


Shipping Policy
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Marauder Merchandise is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that with any pre-order campaigns, exchanges are very limited. For any inventory sent back for an exchange, if we are not able to honor the exchange, we will process a refund minus what it cost us to ship the item to you (i.e., a re-stocking fee). Exchanges are not guaranteed on pre-order purchases.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom goods, such as items with custom names, cannot be returned. When making a custom purchase, please be mindful of the order details and size charts.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number. Please contact our customer service department via email: orders@maraudermerchandise.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide you with details on whether an order is eligible for a return/exchange. If so, they will provide instructions on how to return/exchange an item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable, this includes: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.


 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us directly at orders@maraudermerchandise.com

 

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@resonitemerch.com - we will send you an Exchange number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over USD $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
