Returns & Refunds Policy

This Policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund from Marauder Merchandise ("we," "us," or "our"). Because much of what we make is produced to order, please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Made-to-Order Items Are Final Sale

Most of our products are custom-made or personalized and are produced specifically for you. These items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except as described below. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee.

2. What We Cover

We will make it right if your order is:

  • Damaged when it arrives;
  • Defective due to a production error on our part; or
  • Incorrect — different from what you ordered because of our error.

3. How to Submit a Claim

Email us at orders@maraudermerchandise.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. (For custom and contract orders, the claim window and process are set out in our Custom Printing & Decoration Terms.) We may ask you to return the item before a remedy is issued.

4. Our Remedy

If we confirm a covered issue, we will — at our option — reprint, replace, or refund the affected items. This is your exclusive remedy for such issues.

5. What We Don't Accept

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind;
  • Incorrect size, color, or options that you selected;
  • Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance inherent to the decoration process (see our product and custom terms); or
  • Items marked final sale or clearance.

6. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we approve the claim. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Return Shipping

If a return is required for a covered issue caused by our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping. We are not responsible for return shipping on items that are not eligible under this Policy.
