Straight answers.
The questions we get most, answered the way we'd answer them at the counter.
Money, minimums, timing.
What's the minimum?
12 pieces per design. That's the floor where a screen-printed run makes sense.
How long does a run take?
Runs ship 10–14 business days after both your proof approval and your payment are in. The clock starts there, not at first contact.
When do I pay?
Custom and contract runs are paid in full up front, before production. No deposits, no halves. The full terms live at /custom-terms.
Can I supply my own garments?
Case by case. Ask when you send the job. Supplied garments are decorated at your risk: manufacturer defects, dye migration, shrinkage and spoilage on goods you supply are outside our control.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom and made-to-order work is final sale. If it arrives damaged, defective, or wrong because of our error, we make it right. The full policy is at /returns.
How does shipping work?
We aim to ship non-preorder store orders within 48 hours of processing. Transit time depends on the carrier and where you are. Details at /shipping.
Ink, art, colors.
How many colors can you print?
Up to 8. Each color is its own screen and its own pass. For photoreal art on dark shirts we run sim-process.
Which ink do you use?
We print the old-school way, with ink that outlasts the shirt it's on. Plastisol, discharge, or water-base, matched to the garment and the look you're after. We'll steer you when we quote.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Human-drawn art, no AI, ever. Bring a sketch or nothing at all.
What art files do you need?
Print-ready art quotes fastest. If it needs a redraw, we quote that into the job. The full spec is at /artwork-guidelines.
Do you do embroidery?
Yes. Digitized in-house, digitizing included, low minimums. The details are at /services/embroidery.
Where are you?
Merriam, Kansas, and here since 2016. Pick your run up in person or we'll ship it.
