You always know where your run stands.
Five steps between your idea and a box of shirts. No mystery, no ticket queue. Here is the whole road, start to finish.
Five steps, start to finish.
Send the job.
Start at the quote form. Tell us the count, the colors and the deadline. No art yet? Send it anyway. We draw too.
We quote it straight.
We read the job and come back with straight numbers and a real timeline. No obligation, no runaround.
Approve the proof.
Nothing prints until you sign off on the art proof. Look it over, ask for changes, approve it when it's right.
Pay for the run.
Custom runs are paid in full up front. Once your approval and your payment are both in, the production clock starts.
On press and out the door.
Your run goes on press and ships 10–14 business days after step four. We ship it, or you pick it up here in Merriam.
The parts people ask about.
The ground rules
12 piece minimum. Nothing prints until you approve the proof. Custom and contract runs are paid in full before production. No deposits, no halves. The full terms live at /custom-terms.
Supplied garments
We take customer-supplied garments case by case, so ask when you send the job. Supplied goods are decorated at your risk: manufacturer defects, dye migration, shrinkage and spoilage on garments you supply are outside our control.
What 10–14 days means
Business days, counted from the day both your proof approval and your payment are in. The clock starts there, not at first contact.
