Thread where thread belongs.
Hats, jackets and polos, digitized and stitched in-house. Bring the mark and we'll put it in thread, or tell you straight when it belongs on a press instead.
Caps to full-backs.
Every design is digitized in-house before it's stitched, and digitizing is included in the job. Minimums stay low, so a small crew order isn't a problem.
- Hats
- Front and center on the crown. The piece that gets worn long after the shirts are in the drawer.
- Jackets
- Left-chest crests up to full-back pieces on work jackets and outerwear.
- Polos
- A left-chest mark that makes a crew look like a crew.
- Placements
- Left-chest is the standard. Full-back when the art carries the size.
Thread has rules.
Thread is a different animal than ink. Bold shapes and solid fills stitch clean, hold their edge, and come out of the dryer looking like they went in.
Hairline detail and photo gradients are a different story. Thread can only get so fine, and gradients turn to mush at stitch scale. That work belongs on a screen-printing press, and we'll tell you before the first stitch goes down, not after.
Stitches well
Bold logos, solid fills, clean line work and lettering with real weight to it.
Print it instead
Hairline strokes, photographs, soft gradients, oversized full-color art. Ink handles what thread can't.
